Hello Irwin, >> can be taken as both positive and negative << I agree. IMHO, the larger potential holders regard this as a positive. My guess is the larger players are building positions. This is a radical change for CYTO, taking costs as a priority. Does it take the risk out of the stock, NO. But I think I am better off today then I was yesterday. I think prostaScint sales are going rather well, not sure on Quad. The PR firm is out to build support, I think this was a step in the right direction. Time will tell...ROD
