It is you that is spreading misinformation.
I never said anything about the 3-day rule.
I said that certificates could be lost or destroyed and that the shareholder pays the price of lost time while trying to prove his/her position.
Second, you are NOT insuring anything unless you own the float because as long as there are any shares in the street the MMs can play with them. And you can't possibly own this float, it's just too big.

JMO, in most cases money is put to better use buying stock, especially in pennies below a dime, than wasting it on certificate fees and postage. I didn't even figure FedEx fees in the figures I used before. That would make it over $200 per certificate. LMAO

IMO, you are the one using scare tactics to try to push people into less liquid assets.

If you cant stop the "criminal activity" (as you call it) why are you trying. What will happen if you did get all the shares in cert form how would you then force them to cover. Give it to me straight I cvan take it.
