Quad, to try and clarify one more time...Marengi was the president, not the CEO. He was given a trial period by the acting CEO, John Young. They may be setting themselves up to try and put the blame entirely on folks who have left the company. Try and make the best of a bad situation, in that it sounds like they know they're going to lose. As long as they can convince investors that the root of the problem is gone, they should only suffer a cash loss. Hopefully the real cause (IMO) of almost all of Novell's trouble over the last two years, John Young, will get nailed along the way, leaving Novell free to grow. Until Mr Young leaves, the stock will not be able to perform to it's full potential IMO. Mr Young leaving, or better yet getting himself kicked out, will probably be good for the largest upside pop Novell may ever see at once.

Is the party over for the moment? Any TA folks with a downside projection?
