BillyG....Happen to know if LG Semicon or the group they belong to is traded in US markets and symbol? Like to know if its production or R&D breakthru like DMPI/UT/ISI/CYMI announcement.

I think you should email LG and tell them what's happening at UT and Lincoln Laboratories. Could save them a lot of R&D money in the near-term and heaven knows they need it. <G>

"... the presently used ultraviolet (UV) lithography cannot go, by the law of physics, beyond 0.18-micron process technology. I suppose these guys don't believe the .08-micron lithography achievement recently reported by University of Texas using Cymer's ArF laser. Tulvio
