Jim, click on the "profile" button and read the (split adjusted) shares in the earnings table over the last five quarters. See any decrease? I didn't think so. Intel buys shares to give to its employees. Big headline. So expense the re-purchase against earnings, please.

Intel is at a good price point here, earnings come in three weeks however so plenty of time for another drop between now and then.
