Good thought, Zvi. Would the bankruptcy court have to approve any such settlement? My inexpert understanding is that Grausz' assets should be frozen while the court sorts out his assets and liabilities.

In regard to shares out, I thought the sale of WLA's subsidiary's shares reduced outstanding shares to 22mm. Dr. Grausz had nearly 6mm shares, so the total could be reduced to circa 16 million.

This does suggest a reason for the company to keep a low profile and tolerate a depressed share price. It is possible that they are playing for the Bankruptcy Court to order Grausz to surrender all or part of his shares in satisfaction of his debt to the company.
