* Off Topic * Martin-- Are ya asking about southern US banks? Or would it be southern American banks? I think there's super value in Chilean banks and have been gathering as much info as I can. Didja know that all Chilean companies are required to return a minimum of 30% of their profits to shareholders as dividends? AED is lookin' good... and (I think it's) BSB could be interesting. Seriously. And can ya believe this-- I know zilch about southern US banks. Regards, Paul
