Just read a release saying orbi is going to issue another 2.75 million shares in a public offering...etc. We consider this a dilution, however small but still a dilution. Am I correct?

Judy - I was quoting the manager of the fund who did refer to it in those or similar terms and was in response to some of Angelo's comment. I think with some of these small funds there's a lot of buying and selling for various reasons. And I'm sure by now there are a lot of players in this stock and it's not only MMs. And then there are some of us who regard it as a long term hold.
