The cell service is equivalent to any other provider in NY. There are occasions when you will be dropped, but overall I have no complaints. The direct connect does get scrambled at times, however, it is bearable and the service keeps improving with the installation of additional cell sites.

Ed bet he had a lingo not one of the new phones.You need min raven for cell use.We work in the south cal area dropped calls down significantly.We are experiencing locked out units since when they do upgrades the security system shuts down radio periodically.The coverage gets better every month here in san diego.Rick
