Mr. Kay, from a practical standpoint they ARE a water treater...in the way that folks looking for water treatment services would see them. What do you think they are, I don't count the tub cleaner or any other biz they may have drifted into. Actually, I know some cooling tower customers they treated. I have called this one since the middle of last year and continue to forecast darker days ahead. Their management is sloppy too, very sloppy. Mr. Kay I'm not a wise guy, but this site is inhabited by people who don't know a water molecule from a... well you know the rest. Do you realize at this capitalization what little someone would pay if this market was as drum tight as they say. Mr. Kay are you any relation to Danny Kay, maybe you should stay in show biz....

Jim Kay, I think your portrayal is pretty close to correct, except I believe it is going to take more like 6 months for them to be delisted. There is a grace period, something like 90 days, then they can file an objection to the delisting, which gets them an additional 90 days I believe. I do believe the delisting will happen, it will just take a little longer than months end. I also think you are correct in that in the long run they will be okay.
