Russell, I spoke with Sitra just few minutes ago. Very short call....as he had BANY on the other line and I could hear other lines ringing in the background. I gave him the Laptop Buyer's Guide information....and inquired how things were going. He said things were very hectic, exciting things were going on..... and that BANY was very pleased with the certification drive and that everything looks real good......and might he be able to give me a call back later. So yada yada yada.......I'm trying not to be a pest. I don't think they can tell me anything about contracts and stuff.....they seem to be getting very quiet.......but seem to be very cheerful. I don't think they are watching the MMs walk down the stock like we are.....I think they are working on the company developments that will put a stop to it. bg

Russell, I spoke with Scott earlier this morning too. He couldn't give me a definite day when the Transfer Agent report would get to him. I guess that's understandable, he is after all relying on someone else's word to him. As far as the Patriot Deal is concerned, that too does not have a definite date attached to it. Sometime with in the next few weeks is all I could get out of him. As to any news on the 1996 and 1997 audit information being completed - the same answer - some time in the next few weeks. As to any hints about how the company is doing with orders pouring out the door, etc., I got "Everyone is very optimistic about the future" As to the whether the company is on track with its business plan, I get "Cameron is very cheerful whenever I speak with him" So, I don't have much in the way of concrete news to report. The only thing you can rest assured of here, is that between Brad and myself, BANY IR is being very adequately pestered.
