What's up is the stock price! If you are suggesting a takeover, I think that is the one thing that the insider selling does rule out. I think the reason for the the rise is institutional investors who think DELL is pricey, but want to benefit from the perceived invulnerability of the direct sales model. Add in the lack of a GTW pre-announce and DELL's statement that business is booming and you get a parabolic rise. Personally, I am still skeptical that GTW will be unscathed by the price war that CPQ and IBM are launching, but clearly I have been on the wrong side of the tape on this one. Dave
