Well, Bill, I've had APEX on my "radar/live quote screen" for over 6wks now... And Buffy stepped up to the plate as the result of being a principal at Phibro-Solomon who was being sued for manipulation of the silver market. Buffy bot offshore...outta reach of Presidential Confiscatory Edict still on the legislative/Executive Order books... and... Soros bot a currently NON-producing mine. Both of these events smack to me of planning for the future, not pump and dump. Well, you DID ask(grin) BTW, what did you mean by RYO found the financing? Did I miss something? O/49r
