The article is a little bit misleading. It didn't mention the total market size of the flexible cluster tools, instead, it just uses the percentage, which is fine if the overall market size has a > 10% growth rate. You can also look at the non-flexible cluster market size, which primarily represented by the heavy duty player, such as AMAT and Nikon. Their market sizes are growing at a much faster rate if you look at the total size of the market and annual growth rate. Or you can just simply look at what companies have clustered each other's chambers together..., very few. LRCX needs to merge or combine with other flexible cluster companies to be really competitive w/ the other camp since AMAT can integrate whatever it sells on its own cluster platform. SEMI compliance means very little nowadays. It's like asking INTC or MSFT to comply to other people's format.

Good luck in your investment.
