oh yes one more point also VOLUME will slow down considerably also to around 700,000 shares to 1,000,000 shares per day for the next several weeks if you dont belive me just watch an see....we"ll see who"s right

I spoke with the company today... There is some talk over on SI that the merger
announcement will not happen till June. The person I spoke to today (Kieth) said
that is trash. He said they had one large obstacle recently, but that was
overcome. Maybe that is one of the delays we are experiencing now. Anyway,
he says we will see it happen in the next 5-14 days at the most.
