i guess we have different investment styles. i'm looking at the big picture for psi. for example, this a.m., on Bloomberg, there are two stories about ISP acqusition deals in Europe.

We've had a few million shares trade at the 10.5-11 level these past few days with minimal price action. I think we're witnessing a rather orderly changing of the guard in terms of ownership. Every 1mm trading day with stable prices clears the way for future upward movement. I think the best bullish scenario would be stair-step movement with extended plateaus. After all, some people bought this thing in the mid 20s. Does anyone know Amerindo's holdings at this stage? Perhaps they are still feeding the supply-side?
