Amjad,

Any idea why MU rises when DJIA goes down?

I don't believe there is any correlation between MU and the DOW. MU does move somewhat with NAZ and certainly a lot closer to SOX(being one of the components).

MU has been moving, for the most part, on its own for quite some time.

I think a cover at 29 is good, I also covered this morning at 29 1/8 and 29. Actually took a small long position too. I think we will see the 28 to 30 1/4 for a little while.

I agree with you that there are parallels between the disk and memory businesses, although it might be a little worse for the memory at the moment b/c it seems too many are in memory that really don't belong and we need a fallout to get rid of the excesses.

I totally agree with you that MU is a good company in a bad sector, but I hope you agree that there seems to be now recovery within sight.

I agree with you somewhat. I see the signs of a recovery. I think the changes are moving in MU's direction, but if and when the recovery occurs...I have no idea...I know it sounds like I am bullish on MU b/c I confront the bears...but it is just to correct what I believe are some of the distorted facts that come out of "forever bears"...nothing more than that.

Good Luck Trading
