Sorry, Maybe you misinterpreted. When I called the SEC internet division (not sure if its a division, I asked who's in charge of internet affairs -got transfered), I told Mr. Baker that I wanted to report illegal stock activity by a character named Tokyo Mex. He chuckled, and said they were already looking into that matter but could not comment any further on the matter. Tokyo, your days are numbered. I hope you are wiring your money off to the Swiss!
