I think that Barrick is currently spending money that they don't have to. They are trying to determine if this property fits their criteria as soon and as fast as possible. Obviously if it doesn't fit then PFG buys it back for $10k but then where are we? Based on the overburden which impacts the capital costs this has to be big because the zone is deep. This can't be a small mine. The Company has said that they'd like to get the property back but if Barrick walks the property will have a big black mark on it. Just my thoughts.
