Ross - here's another example of what this market is like. Minefinders put this out today;
fin-info.com

... and so far not a share has traded. I see pfg and mfl as very similar

I doubt that Mr Shrake is idle. Leticia didn't work out, so it goes. There will be others. In the meantime, people have an opportunity to buy a piece of Diablillos at a deep discount. Within two years at the most, that will look like a wise decision, imho. And two years can go by pretty fast, if you don't watch the clock.

........... cheers .......... marcos

Good post, Ross.

Further to your post I would think that this play is becoming old to the market. It is also becoming a long term play and the nature of the small-cap investor is not to play long term.
There seems to be an awful lot of shares floating around now at 75 cents and I would think these are going to hold back the price in the short term.
I can't see Barrick making any kind of a move until they see where the price of silver is going to stabilize. They would look like fools tomorrow if they sold today and silver went through the roof or stabilized at a much higher price.
We might as well all settle in for the long haul or get out at these ridiculous prices cause I can't see anything happening in the short term. Barrick don't give two @#$% about PFG and its shareholders and they can certainly wait until 2000 and beyond if they decide to.
Unless...CMS and company can pull a fast one with some fancy negotiations to speed up the process a bit.

Goodluck everyone

Now long PFG.
