just to update you all on my computer I bought from Dell in Oct

Monitor problem...but it is viewsonic (no I still havent gotten it fixed yet...that is my fault for procrastinating)

Dell went ahead and replaced the video card to be sure that wasnt the problem since I have to send my monitor back to viewsonic

the "g" on my keyboard wasnt working properly

both times .....the product has been at my door the next day

I called yesterday about the keyboard...had a new one today before 9:00am

their tech people sometimes dont know what the heck they are talking about....BUT.....the service is great

and the service guy who came to my house said that Dell was the best for customer service....CPQ the worst.

and since I bought the service for 99
I have this in home service for 3 years.
