Firstly, what's your point? :) Secondly, I have to disagree with you that it is that straight-forward, based on what I've heard of other samples, for example that from the Mountain Lake kimb-- blackish, looks just like mud. But who knows what they've found and seen, until it's reported!

Either way, they've kept an admirable seal on info flow, so we won't hear til the rest do. Bear in mind this initial drill program has been more of a logistics program. That's what the current meetings are regarding, as in what steps for further development to take from here. Samples have been taken along the way, as I said, as well as the core that just recently arrived for analysis at APEX in Edmonton.

Also remember that overburden has been proving not be a problem on this property.

PS -- The Resource Indicator just put out another buy recommendation on MMU today. TRI points out that,
Marum's land was selected on the basis of thoughtful and professional geological considerations. They have little till - a primary consideration in any exploration program. They have also outlined good geological reasons for exploring where they are (March 6, 1998 Situation Alert), including the discovery of two diamonds. Also, they are using an auger drill to generate the initial geological information at very low costs compared to some other companies in the Alberta Diamond Play.

If you haven't already, you should check out the WSP thread.
Walt is a on there. He's a geologist. He has one message explaining
about kimberlite and the fact that it comes in such a wide
variety of forms that it often is not possible to tell that it is
kimberlite just by looking at it. Because the Canadian play
is new, there are all sorts of unknowns. ACA has people with
years of experience and yet when they first started looking at
core samples they took a long time before making an announcement
and then when they did, they were very cautious. I think all the
diamond exploration companies have become much more cautious in
the releasing of their results than they were when diamond exploration
first began.

Maybe we could get Walt to post his many forms of kimberlite post
here so we don't have to go hunting it.
