Lair and ESVS Verifications:

ENHANCED SERVICES EXPANDS ITS
MULTI-MEDIA BUSINESS WITH EQUITY
INVESTMENT IN

ZULU-tek, Inc.

Enhanced Services Company strengthens its management team by adding former

Texas Instruments Senior Vice President Steve Lair as new Group CEO

A $50 Million Private Placement Will Begin in Mid-March to Provide the Financial Strength to Position
the Group as the Premier Internet Solution

Provider

The Combination Allows ESVS to Begin to Maximize the Multi-Media Depth Of Its Technology
Subsidies in Offering a Total Solution to Fully

Realize its Internet Marketing Impact

HOUSTON, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Enhanced Services Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESVS),
announced today that it has made a significant investment in ZULU-tek, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
NETZ), the leader in Internet advertising and marketing technology. The access to ZULU-tek's
interactive sales and marketing expertise, combined with the advanced multi-media capabilities of
Enhanced Services' NB Digital Solutions, will allow the company to offer its customers a complete
Internet technology and sophisticated program development solution.

Enhanced Services Company also announced the appointed of former Texas Instruments Senior Vice
President Steve Lair as the new Group CEO. Prior to joining Enhanced Services, Lair was the
personal advisor to Mr. Stan Shih, Chairman of Acer, Inc.--a $6.5 billion worldwide computer company
based in Taiwan. As a Texas Instruments corporate vice president, Lair was credited as the architect
of TI's dramatic 258 percent growth in its notebook computer sales volume during a fourteen month
period.

"By making a significant investment in ZULU-tek, we have taken a major step forward in offering the
industry a total solution for maximizing marketing and advertising programs," stated Steve Lair, ESVS
Chief Executive Officer. "Combining our technological expertise with ZULU-tek's current Internet
advertising technology and sales infrastructure will solidify our plans to become a significant provider
of a total multi-media solution for the Internet and beyond."

A $50 million private placement of convertible preferred shares will begin in mid-March to provide the
financial strength to position the group as the premier Internet Solutions Provider.

The combined forces of ZULU-tek and NB Engineering will create an entity that provides a range of
services far surpassing those offered by other Internet advertising and marketing firms such as
DoubleClick, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCLK). ZULU-tek now becomes the first firm to offer clients in-house
services that include both marketing acumen and technological capabilities, including the ability to
develop "beyond the banner" advertising that delivers movie-quality Internet ads and select the
appropriate type of file to deliver to end users depending on modem speed. Other Internet advertising
and marketing entities are dependent on a network of technology providers to deliver the same
capabilities.

ZULU-tek, Inc. is the world's leading interactive advertising sales and marketing company. A pioneer
of interactive advertising sales and marketing, ZULU and its predecessors have handled advertising
sales for many of the largest, most established, well-branded sites on the World Wide Web and have
been a key element in the growth of the Web as an accepted and effective advertising medium. With
a dedicated sales force and marketing, technical and administrative personnel, ZULU offers its clients
an unmatched level of global reach, marketing sophistication, customer service and access to key
decision makers within the advertising and Internet communities. The company represents the
consolidation of SOFTBANK Interactive Marketing, Inc. ("SIM") and echoMEDIA, Inc.

I, personally, do not profess to be "expert" in technology issues. However, I do happen to know a little bit of everybody. They come to my parties, for example. And since I live in Cambridge, I have very good people resources. Well, I've put my think-tank together on the technology questions, and this is how it all breaks down.

The first conclusion my sources tell me, is that the recent posts on the SI board regarding the technology are on the wrong track. Clearly it is
difficult, if not impossible to deliver high quality video based ads via the internet. You
really do need at least an ISDN connection, or preferably a T1 line, to deliver
acceptable quality video in real time.

However, there is always more than one way to skin a cat. Consider the concept of
"connected CD" or "connected DVD." Just about every new personal computer
includes a CD-ROM today. By the end of the year most new personal computers will
include a DVD-ROM drive. DVD was designed to deliver "broadcast" quality video
and audio, and has the capacity to store at least 4.7 GBytes and up to 17 Gbytes of
data on a single disc.

In fact, NB Digital Solutions--a component of the ESVS/Zulu group almost nobody seems to want to talk much about--already developed software that delivers content to an end-user through a combination of Internet and DVD technology. It uses
the DVD drive to deliver "broadcast" quality video and audio, and the internet to
deliver traditional web based content that can be updated in real time. Using this
combination of two technologies solves the limited bandwidth problems inherent
in today's standard 28.8 kbps modem connection to the internet.

Essentially this is what EchoMedia has also demonstrated, although they used a
CD-ROM to deliver MPEG-1 style video (which is VHS quality).

I'm confident when all is said and done, Zulu-tek will pass muster. I believe it will be among several futuristic technologies to play a role in our everyday life. Personally, I think it's a worthy bet at the present price near .50. And as Aleta correctly pointed out, if all of the present controversy gets sorted out on the positive side, it will be a worthwhile investment down the road.

Sure there's some bad stuff out there. But there's also some very good stuff. Good luck in whatever decision you make. I know where I'm at: Long on NETZ! My parties will only get bigger!
