Mohan,

I'm not sure how serious you are but don't think you have any right to talk about bad investment decisions by major insiders. Their sales might not reflect concern about the stock price, etc. They might just be buying a house or paying taxes. But if it does, I'd take their insights about their own companies prospects over the opinion of just about any outsider any day. Great investor or not.

Before drawing conclusions form these insider sales, ask yourselves, how many of these have college bills coming up for their kids? how many are buying a house and need a down payment? how many want to take some money off the table and buy t-bonds? Hey, even Bill Gates sells MSFT every now and then.
