This is what i heard. You will get 10 shares of stww for every share of carm. you own.You will also be issued warrants that must get to a dollar before you can exercise to buy them .The problem that i see is once we have all these shares who will buy them.Look at stww stock at .25, on which will drop even further once the shares are issued.Right now stww has 50 millions shares outstanding. Also I can't find out to much info on company. But who knows maybe things are looking up. Good luck to all of us.

Matt,
We are offered $70,000,000 in shares and we have less than 10,000,000 shares outstanding. divide 10,000,000 by 70,000,000 and you get $7.00. Now being able to sell those shares for $7.00 is another question...not like getting cash, but who knows, maybe Sterling shares could be more valuable - they look like a greatly diversified company.
- Here's to hoping,
Jim.
