I trade with Etrade. $20 with unlimited shares. This is OK but speed is sometimes good (within 30 seconds) sometimes bad( 30 minutes market order no fill, or 10 minutes fill a market order.)
Some people suggest NDB, their commission is cheaper, don't know speed. Some say a few seconds. Their options price higher, so I stick to etrade.
You have to try youself.

Reason.... I have had better response times from ETrade... Plus they have an 800 number for customer support.....

I traded with Suretrade yesterday, and I will say that SureTrade seemed quicker than a month ago.
