jim ... I appreciate your posting... You have more insight into this company than any of us. I know Tom and everyone else knows a company coming out of bankruptcy IS NOT going to have credit to do operation. I would have been surprised if the labels were there to be honest with you. I bought this as an investment and on March 30th I guess we will all know as the world will know what the schedule and everything is going to be. Now I do not see anyone hyping and I truly am getting tired of people saying this one is getting hyped. Look at the trading there are some people selling and it is maintaining. This is not the internet keeping this one up. It appears in my opinion to be being accumulated again here is all. I am watching as the volume does it thing. oh welll do be do be doooo GaBard

Jim, I have to agree. I would tend to question the judgement of ANY CEO who, at such a critical time in his company's development, would step over the line by saying ANYTHING that could be considered "inappropriate". People have come on here, and practically demanded an emailed response from a man who is probably at the stage of his business where he has the LEAST amount of time to devote to answering internet email. I think people need to give this man the time to get his product out. If people cannot be comfortable enough with this investment to wait until March 30, which is only 1 1/2 more trading days, then they should sell now, take the profit and run. Just My Opinion :-) Binder
