TM, I've enjoyed watching the goings on here but I think you should move these day trade schemes to a private site asap. Go dark... young man. The transcripts from this site could be somewhat damning; this is too public a forum. A pay-as-you-go site with the right legal documentation in place can prevent you from loosing your license (i assume you have one). Secondly, the SEC can keep you awfully busy, regardless of whether they can prove anything or not. Some have compared this site to the IOMEGA site and others. It's not the same. I don't know of too many short squeezes and momentum plays that have been this publicly orchestrated. With this many folks. Anyone got any other examples? Don't forget all, these transcripts taken from this site are archived for the record and can be targeted in a subpeona. Careful what we say, who we say it to. Recent court cases have held the sender of messages accountable for what was said and how it was phrased. The law in this area will only become more complete and the penalties more sever. And please don't mail me back with all that free speech nonsense... Lastly, do we really know each other? I can easily obtain an email account, sign up for this site and provide little or no traceability at all. Let's not follow each other blindly. Let's not be naive. Let's be careful. We only know each other (for the most part) by the posts we make, the results we deliver and the accurate DD we provide.
