Very strong day for the shallow offshore drillers. I think more people are catching on that these companies are primary beneficiaries of the strengthening oil prices not only in terms of firming drilling demand and dayrates but also the speed with which these improvements will pass through to the bottom line. Since you can get them at significantly lower PE's, the potential for above estimate earnings growth and PE expansion makes them particularly attractive. I bought more ESV while it was lagging the others a bit. Baird
