Mohan, Ok you've got the right to write anything you want. My point is that these people (insiders) live and breathe this business every day. They know more about the details of what's going on than I do for sure and you too probably. It seems like hubris to dismiss their selling as due to their incompetence as investors or whatever if it's not just to raise some cash which is likely. It doesn't take much to make a good decision when you have access to inside information. It doesn't take a genius investor. This stock might be going into a consolidation phase. (It's got something like 14 x's without even one 3 box reversal. I mean come on, it wouldn't be the end of the world.) I meant no disrespect though and will check out that site you're running.
