E! O MMM, To be honest, I hadn't checked out the new IQCZ until you mentioned it... Obviously a significant addition to the TA arsenal.. a dandy new arrow in the quiver of technical tools... Pardon my delay in responding --- Have been studying, and wondering how we got along without this nifty little jewel all this time. It seems to be a bit complicated however...do you suppose there is some risk in letting this TA complexity get into the hands of less-skill practioners?..

Ms. E: The RS index is a welcome addition. But one area that IBD needs to improve upon is linking the RS with the earnings strength category. The RS is an indicator of recent price action , whereas the earnings indicator is for a five year period. I feel that IBD's linking the two together provides a misleading picture. Mr. O'Neil needs to revise the earnings strength category.
