we will se 28 again before we see 38.

So what? Why not enjoy the ride in the mean time. What about MSFT? Why not short MSFT? Is it it overvalued? Probably. Will it go up? Most likely. All I'm saying is this: In looking at 1999 to 2000, AMAT is undervalued. In the short term, you might say it is fairly valued. Until things actually do worsen in Asia, AMAT will not fall any 30%. You can't believe all the cash that is on the sideline right now just waiting for this sector to move. And like somebody mentioned earlier, when AMAT makes its move, it will be strong.

jtechkid,

Very nicely put! I have come to respect your input, whether I agree or not, which, by the way, I happen to be more of a believer lately...I just hate it when "certain" people try and throw you or anyone else off the thread because your opinion might not match theirs....These "certain" people have not substantiated their points like you seem to...They simply post things like "I think AMAT is going higher", real enlightening statement that is..!?

I believe it makes them look silly....Keep up your posts!

you said the following one week ago (March 26 at 2pm)...
we will see 28 again before we see 38.

at 10am today, Amat is over 38
which is why i believe the stock market is like the weather,
much easier to explain yesterday than predict tomorrow.
