Just got my proxy statement, and have no idea what to do that will be effective. If I signed it over to Michael O'Reilly, then it would end up being the same thing as giving it to MC. I doubt that the extra vote will affect change as they are all going to do what MC decides anyways. I am intensely disappointed with the 1st quarter release and am hoping somebody will buy this company so that at least I can save the sale transaction fee. It's either that or keep holding until something happens. It's just the "something" that worries me because I have no idea what direction they are heading. $21 million dollar loss still with reduced expenditures from last year. However, research costs are higher and nothing new is happening. It's funny that they said they were buying back shares yet, as far as I remember from the financials, outstanding shares were only slightly down.
