I was at COMPUSA yesterday and noticed that they had a label as well as space on the shelf for the V.90 product. Although personally I think Compusa is a sorry store I recognize that they must have had some of these on the pipeline to place on the shelf. I didn't ask about the availability or date as I feel that I would have confused the sales-person....they don't seem to bright - or at least not computer / Mac literate.

QUESTION: Although I have 7-8 of GVIL's modems here I am new to them as a stock "Play". So as an effect I am not sure of past history. Do they normally meet the initial demand on new products or do they "Pull an Apple" and wind up losing sales because they can't meet demand??
