I think you are seeing distribution taking place. Your at the resistance area technically and the sellers are dealing it out piecemeal as the buying slowly drys up. I thought it was well managed how they let it rally a little and then slowly pushed it back down. Never to hard. Never enough to scare the new buyers who thought the tide was turning. I still think we go down to test 24 again and hopefully put in a bottom there. To move up from here I think you are going to need some really positive news and it doesn't look as if there is anything on the horizon.
