Princess, your analysis has one flaw - probably gender based

<<<Vasomax will only be likely to be tried by the people who failed with both other drugs>>>

OK, assuming Vasomax is approved - in addition to your universe, I think Vasomax will tried by EVERY guy that uses Muse - trust me, we just don't like catheters in certain places - VERY unromantic. In addition there will be those where the side effects of Viagra are objectionable & where Viagra alone doesn't work. Also, given the high placebo effect, we may see that something will work for a while & then gradually become less effective - so there may a rotation of these drugs for differing periods of time. Finally, and there's no way to predict this right now, cost & convenience could become the deciding factors. I guess, if both Viagra & Vasomax both worked, I'd opt for the cheaper and/or faster acting.

>for what conditions would Vasomax
actually work, for what conditions the others would work?<
I don't think that can be answered in a pre-market scenario. My model here is the SSRI antidepressants. Some work for some people, other work better for others. From the anecdotal stuff I've heard in my long and varied associations with nutbars :-)
Judging by the leaked clinical data, I'm not sure there will be a big patient subpopulation that will be happier with Vasomax than Viagra. I don't intend to do any personal "hands-on" trials anytime soon, though the talk of "durable and serviceable" erections brought a grin to my face.
Of course, this is all my opinion. I will try to avoid declarative predictions about what Will or Won't work.
In the mean time - all that matters is share price, and that's still in my disfavor. I'm a patient scavenger.
