If you've stayed with them for six months of poor ( your implication) service, then you are the one in need of a mental rebate. <g> And, while they tell me there is no plan for any increases, don't fool yourselves. As they improve their service, and add T1 lines, etc., you can expect the price to fall in line with other similarly configured services, which is much higher. Bargains don't last forever, and while it would be nice if they did, we shouldn't expect them to. The market system takes care of these things.
