The 1100 series products also include a wide variety of input/ output options, 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 operation and the ability to compress 1920 x 1080 images to well below 19 Mbps (while maintaining excellent picture quality), plus a long list of features requested bybroadcasters. Using Mitsubishi Electriccodecs, LIN Television and Comark will transmit the game via anATM link to Washington D.C., where it will be broadcast fromWHD-TV and viewed in HDTV on Capitol Hill by members of theTexas congressional delegation. The game will also air inHDTV on KXAS-TV in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. -- Comark Digital Services.
