Yes, most of the activity was on the buy side. Things pretty much returned to normal by 2:50. The best I could tell, Level II experienced normal rotation among a typical handful of players. It was odd though to see it happen. It was as if a RATL-sponsored pep rally just ended and everybody called their brokers as soon as they got out.
