To anyone who would care to comment... The announcement "Dominion discloses Relevant Facts..." reads to me that Dominion may well be miffed by events.. The thing that I don't understand is their reference to "waivers". I can speculate that it meant that the Banks didn't want to go along. But I wonder if anyone could amplify on this. I truly suspect that it was called of because it was looking less and less as a good deal as ECO's value unravelled. regards pete mack
