I still feel the company made a botch of the press release. The stock corrected accordingly. Here's how i arrive at that conclusion:

was worth 0.4 * 25 mil (outstanding) = 10 mil $ market cap before news was released after close yesterday.
After news, we have the same market cap of 10 million $, but 35 mil outstanding. Stock price corrects to: 0.28.

It seems thats fair value for TNRG as of today. The investors have accorded it a market cap of 10 million for its assets, and goodwill.

I'll continue to use that market cap for my calculations; unless ofcourse something fundamentally changes. These could be, but are not limited to:
1. Further change in shares outstanding. (remember the 35 million are outstanding today. Reducing 8 million further as the company expects, should be good, and take the stock to 10 million $/ (35 - 8) = 0.44

If they botch up with their PR as they so nicely did recently, the share holders will be confused, and thats only expected. Part of running a company is to be professional while doing it.

2. Changes in product mix and report of growth in earnings. This is obviously the best way to increase shareholder value.
Cancelling shares can only take us so far. TNRG's business is more important here, and I'd like management to concentrate on that , instead of trying to squeeze the shorts full time. Its a nice gesture, but longtime, business prospects and earnings are core competency.

Long TNRG - no flames please. i'll not respond.

I was on the phone most all day and when not on the phone I was
out of the office... the lady told me that Jason would read my
questions if I faxed them in and get back to me as soon as possibly.

To be quite honest.. I just had alot of other things to do and figured
that Jason at the TA office had to have been very busy... I'm glad
you got the info... but I guess I'm going to be more careful about
telling anyone here anything.. if I'm going to be held to it 100%
I do have a fulltime job people and I can't be the only one to do
the DD around here... (excluding you Joe for your info on the shares
OS) but I still think you were out of line for criticizing me as
though I blatantly have disregarded my obligations to this thread.
