I need a little help Off Topic,, looking for a DDS. who knows about root tips. Man do I need some info. I understand that if allowed in the jaw they can get very painfull. Is that true? could a small tip from a extraction cause problems two months later? the call to my DDS said it could be what's causing the pain like jabs in the jaw bone at times. If anyone like knows can ya help me with this. Thanks for letting me post this as it hurts big time and who should we trust but our close friends in SI, land. Regards, Jim.....
