ED:

Every formation has its own value and can be very informative in its own context, however, from my experience no two formations unfold in the same manner. It appears to me that bets have been placed and the ball is spinning. There is no other interpretation when the volume of this stock drops to under one million shares per day and trades in a less than one point range. We are in a wait and see mode. Should a leak of information or a positive piece of news appear, this stock is going to blow thru 32. With a pre-announcement day of April 7th set for releasing first quarter add ons, the action should start any day now. I would be surprised if the markets wait for the information. There is no Chinese wall left on Wall St. Good news leaks out and the buying starts.
I am looking for a move to the 35 to 36 range prior to a retracement and then a culmination of this third wave in the 46-55 range prior to the end of summer.
How the various formations look will be different in August than they are now. Looking back is easy, watching a pattern develop has many nuances that are unique to each move. This is what makes a market, and from my perspective an imminent move of 60% over a five month period cannot be dismissed or overlooked particularly when we make an investment of both money and a lot of time.
