JF,..Re:<<If they think DELL is going down to $35 I believe them.>>

Short it. If you base your investment decisions on the opinions of others, then you should short the stock. Puts must be cheap today.

However, if you are trying to change the views of those of us who have done some due diligence, then I would say you are wasting your time.

James,
re >You are so smug and cynical it makes me sick. The Kaufmann brothers, Bill
Fleckenstein, and Herb Greenberg are honorable men. If they think DELL is going
down to $35 I believe them.<

Fleckenstein has a great record when it comes to shorting Dell...NOT!!!

Mr. Fink the people on this thread are honorable people and they think the stock is going up. Perhaps your thinking will change now.

Mr. Fink...Fleckenstein has been spouting this bunk for 1-1/2 years, while we've all gotten rich. Come tell me that you believe him in 6 months, 12 months, or 2 years. I beg to differ with your take.

That is so lunacrist to think Dell will hit $35 anytime soon. If this forum was created to help others with their investments then it is my duty to suggest ingoring this 35 dollar idea completely. Look at all the anal-lists who still hold a higher opinion of Dells future direction. So far they are the majority and Kaufman is definately the minority. Dell themselves reported that their business is great compared to the downfalls of those around them (compaq, intel, mot). Unless something completly unprepared happens, like Dell announcing a whopping loss prior to earnings or Micheal Dell dying from injesting too much of his own money, both which are extremlely unlikely, you should sit back, enjoy a Coke, and hop on board the Dell train.

Remember there are lots of "honorable" men out their. Most of us are investors who watch this particular stock more closely than either Kaufman brother. After their report the price suddenly went up. Trust the people not the predators....

James, it's not their honor that I question, it's their judgement. Fleckenstein for one has been negative on Dell for as long as I can remember.
