Greetings, I agree with you that (and it's illegal) to put out news just to have the stock go up. It's better to be conservative. After all vrty would not be able to handle a SEC or NASDAQ and/or client lawsuit. Now, answering your questions Taking these into consideration: From disclosure-investor.com ANNUAL REPORT FY Ending May 1995 - 15,886 FY Ending May 1996 - 30,718 - nice increase FY Ending May 1997 - 42,67 - nice increase FY Ending May 1998 - ???? - BIG CHALLENGE -- For vrty's year end - So far - snif snif.... 5,340 August 1997 9,188 November 1997 11.2 March 1998 ???? May 1998 (also fiscal year end) Add these numbers. So far it is not Superior. It's OK. If the next quarter is a good quarter - Let's say 14 million, well it is not enough to represent, at least, a consitent growth in terms of annual revenue ( This is the only thing they have so far demonstrated that is conistent). Just to break even with vrty's the 1997 annual revenue, they will have to make roughly speaking (it's all rough here) about 16 million to just break enven with verity fiscal year end 1997. Having said that, this is only one factor, they are many other ones. The rumors on vrty are excellent. Many clients are upgrading to search97. They are also paying for support contract with vrty. The financials are better. vrty's products are excellent. They will win the lotus lawsuit. Increase there cash position. etc.... The financials are looking good. Still vrty needs at least 3 more accounts like Glaxo for the near term. We all know they can do it. By the way real news does drive investors perception. For example if vrty announces in the news that Disney, CIA and CIGNA insurance will deploy vrty throughout. Well the vrty will go up. Investors will know that these quarter and/or next quarter, some money will be coming in to vrty.... Now vrty, depends to much on revenues of cisco, kpmg and some federal accounts. Although these are solid clients for vrty they should obtain more of these. Well Nick + friend, I have to go now. I am going to Baja California. I picked up some share of very between 6 and 7 boxe.
