Sorry you misunderstand my attitude. I didn't know this thread was just for bitching. I only offered what I thought might help some others, and to voice my pleasure. I will do the same when its my displeasure. And I hardly think its loyalty that keeps someone paying for a service they think is poor. It's price. You know it and I know it. Whether you're trying to make a living out of trading, or just wanting a reliable service to make wise investment choices, no amount of loyalty could let you keep a service that is unreliable, unless price is the issue. You, in fact, did the thing I would expect someone to do. You switched vendors, and found one that you can count on. That is what I did four times, and now I'm happy. So why attack me? Please lighten up ,and don't take yourself so seriously. It might help to quit with the personal attacks, too. It only demeans the attacker. And why are you still in this thread if you switched? <g> Len
