Darpa,

144's are a mandatory filing for principles within a company. Any substantial sale or any intention of selling must be filed with the SEC. Usually looked upon as a negative by the investing community. Simply put, why would an officer of a company sell when the expectation of the stock is to increase.

Having said all that, there are many reasons for an officer of a company to sell. For instance, needs money for income tax, need money for college tuition, pay off a mortgage, stock option is due. etc. etc. etc

Not necessarily a bad thing, but it carries a negative connotation.

Regards,

HG

Francisco Urrea is a director, apparentley he is very ill and leaving the company and the sale of 400k is the case, Medallion Capital is no longer representing ADOT and has been requested not to release any info on company. so I suspect that info of the BB in houston is up and running is false(info I received from Medallion),fact is ADOT has told me that it is not complete.we should start receiving a series of news releases in next couple weeks that should have a "substantial impact" on share price.
