Distribution, and
Logistics environments, then come to the Year 2000 Symposium in Chicago, at
the downtown Hyatt, from June 22 through June 26.

I am the leader of the manufacturing track, and we will have speakers from
APICS, Ford, Chrysler, Phillip Morris, Toyota, Union Pacific, Schneider
Trucking and others. We will be addressing EMBEDDED SYSTEMS, Supply Chain
Management, Shop Floor Controls, and many other issues.

'APICS is co-sponsoring a Year 2000 Symposium for the first time in Chicago
from June 22-26. It will be the first Y2K seminar to target manufacturing.
Speakers from Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Union Pacific, and other major
companies will be featured.

One whole day will be devoted to Embedded Systems. Two other days will
address Supply Chain issues, Shop Floor Control issues, International Y2K
Project Management, ERP's & Y2K, and how to use the Y2K project to prepare
for the future in manufacturing.

Craig Dillon, President of MSCi, is the leader of the manufacturing track at
the symposium. He has over twenty years of experience in business and
manufacturing, and is a member of APICS and the Council of Logistics
Management.
