The stock is building a solid base, positioning itself for further upside as evidence of a success transition of ORCL sales & marketing takes hold.<<< This steady climb takes the momentum/day traders out of the equation... they still trade the stock but the volatility is gone... the stock is under MAJOR accumulation.... my guess ML....
