TPMI (NASD) would be a nice partner?

They have started looking for a partner!

Well before the NASDAQ reverse merger was announced I would have to agree with wanting the 1997 numbers YESTERDAY.

However, at this juncture.. it does make business sense to get the reverse merger done before the giving out of financials.
IF, as everyone here seems to expect, the 1997 numbers boost the stock price a lot, it could vitally change the terms of the merger and they have to start back at square one based on the prices of FAMH vs price of the other company (and start over on the 4:1 agreement)

Playing devil's advocate. If the audited numbers are ready, why wouldnt Ira release them already ... get FAMH price higher and then have a stronger position (i.e. higher stock price) going into the merger talks. (i.e. 3 to 1 or 2 to 1 stock swap since FAMH would be trading relatively higher to todays prices)

Sick of delays,
Mark
